As we are halfway through the season it is probably a good time to evaluate where we are both off and on the field. On the field we are doing considerably better than we did last season and, to be fair, we probably should have a few more points on the board. The traditional Christmas holiday local derby saw Brandon travel the short distance to one of the current form teams, Esh Winning, who by their own admission were not playing their best football but were consistently taking points and Brandon were starting to produce the consistency in performances without the end reward. more..

The First Team fixture at home to Hebburn has been postponed due to the weather- a new date will be announced in due course. The Reserve team County Cup fixture (reversed to Durham County FA HQ at the Riverside, Chester Le Street) has also fallen to the weather and will be re-arranged asap.
